What You Receive
The kit is designed to help a pharmaceutical quality team structure its own controlled procedure while keeping product-specific and site-specific decisions visible. It deliberately avoids inventing universal alert limits, inspection rates, qualification scores, or sampling plans.
An original Word framework covering scope, responsibilities, setup, inspection, segregation, records, trending, change control, and source status.
A batch-start worksheet for line clearance, inspector status, equipment, lighting, backgrounds, product readiness, and controlled records.
Excel sheets for batch inspection records, inspector qualification, defect-library control, reject-rate trending, and source instructions.
Built for Adaptation
Many public SOP examples mix regulations, guidance, and local operating choices. This resource marks those categories so users can see where evidence, scientific justification, validation, and approval are still required.
Important limitation
The starter kit does not replace the current licensed USP–NF, approved registrations, site procedures, product risk assessments, sampling standards, validation, or Quality Unit approval.
Requirement
An applicable regulation or GMP expectation that the user must confirm.
Guidance
A nonbinding or informational principle requiring an applicability assessment.
Site-defined
A product-, package-, process-, facility-, or quality-system decision.
Example
Illustrative content that should never be adopted automatically.
Source Control
The framework cites 21 CFR Parts 211.100, 211.160, 211.188, and 211.192; FDA’s December 2021 draft visible-particle guidance; EU GMP Annex 1; WHO TRS 1044 Annex 2; ICH Q9(R1); and the current licensed USP chapters that users must verify before adoption.
FDA’s visible-particle document remains draft guidance containing nonbinding recommendations. The kit identifies this status and does not present draft recommendations as binding law.
